Dear Governor Christie,
The scope and intent of this open letter is not meant to disparage you unfairly. But…in respect to all which has occurred during your tenure, what you have done and not done, things you have said and not said, these two questions beg for answers:
Who are you? Where are you?
As you are aware, patriotic groups supported you and worked to get votes out for you in your first general election to be governor. They worked for your reelection, albeit not quite as forcefully as the first. Much in your first 4 years earned that diminished fervor.
It’s understood that being a successful politician requires a certain amount of give and take, compromise and acquiescence. But those rules of the game should never be allowed to invade, destroy or subvert one’s inner core beliefs or moral values.
The left in this country survives on such deception and could not exist without it being woven though every part of their agenda. On the other hand, the Republican Establishment, in which you Sir are well entrenched, is generally spineless and while the leadership may have some core values, they find it very difficult to dredge up the courage to espouse or defend them.
Conservatives, true conservatives, which the Tea Party and other patriotic groups are mostly comprised of, refuse to permit the ruination of this country’s culture and her freedoms in the course of obtaining or maintaining political stature. It’s not a big leap of comprehension to see why both parties, yours and the left’s, feel threatened by and hence, detest those conservative groups.
As we lead up to the biggest part of the question, -Who are you?-, let us reflect upon some of your curious and befuddling statements, actions and of course, non-actions.
1. Until the Tea Party here in NJ informed you that they understood RGGI (New Jersey’s own global warming hoax) for what it is, nothing more than a hidden tax on the middle class, you were all for it. It’s doubtful you were not aware of this and it appears that you backed off only when you realized the people would be apprized.
2. Your “Bromance at the Shore” has clubbed you sufficiently but as of now it is still very difficult for most people to comprehend it or forgive it. Especially since many of the people you supposedly wanted to help were forgotten and ignored. Bankruptcy was the only answer for many. The bottom line on this sorry episode is that you stroked Obama, you made sweet promises of love and compassion to the people of New Jersey, but you only succeeded in helping Obama screw the entire country.
3. Your order for a special election, which wasted several million tax payer dollars that would not have had to be spent if you only appointed a Republican to finish out Lautenberg’s Senate term, was yet another curious move for a person who is (was?) a Republican. Especially since, if you will recall, Lautenberg was illegally allowed to run for that seat when the deadline had passed for his inclusion on the ballot.
4. Joining with Governor Cuomo in preventing a natural gas pipeline into New Jersey which would have helped the lower middle income earners with cheaper energy prices raises yet more questions about who you really are.
5. And then there was the anamolistic “confession” that you admired and agreed with Governor Cuomo on about 90% of his positions. That is worrisome Governor, since Cuomo is a 100% liberal.
6. Just this past week, you announced you have no position or thoughts and will issue no statements on the immigration mess this state and country are embroiled in. At least not unless and until you announce your plans to run for President. Did we miss something? Are you not an elected official. Are you not responsible to the people of New Jersey in this matter? Or is your only goal the preservation of your political position? Are we not entitled to the leadership we elected you for, regardless of whether you will or will not run for President?
7. The office you hold requires that you take an oath to protect the United States Constitution, which includes the Bill of Rights. That oath did not include the phrase, “provided that protection does not interfere with my political future”.
Which brings us to the ultimate question, who are you Mr. Christie? And where are you?
• Where were you for over a year when Brian Aitkin was prosecuted and imprisoned on a ridiculous weapons charge? Yes, we know you eventually got around to letting him go free. What took so long?
• During the past two years the socialist NJ Senate and Assembly spent millions of dollars and important time creating gun laws which violated not only their oaths of office, but yours. Yes, we know you vetoed some of them and passed some others. Was this yet another compromise for your personal benefit?
• Then, these same leftists decided to waste more tax payer’s money, more of their own precious “law making time” and began yet another assault on our rights. The effort this time was to prevent hunters, sportsman and protectors of family and property from being able to have enough ammunition capacity in their weapons to be effective. They were wasting time on an unconstitutional law, which over night would have made millions of New Jersey citizens, criminals.
• Where were you when this was occurring? Why did you not tell them to stop throwing hard earned tax dollars out the window if you knew you would veto it? Yes, you did veto it, but at what cost?
• Now Governor, we have another example of unconstitutional laws persecuting an American citizen. Shaneen Allen, a mother and sole provider of income and support for her two children has been anguishing in uncertainty for a year. She spent over 40 days in a NJ jail cell and is being bullied by a so called Republican Administration and threatened with years of jail time unless she admits guilt and agrees to be forever classified as a felon. Where are you on this travesty Mr. Christie?
Governor, the state of New Jersey and you, continue to be in violation
of Federal law and the Constitution you have sworn to defend.
The most liberal federal panel of justices in this country, the 9th District Court, has unanimously ruled that laws infringing on ownership of firearms, such as those on the books in NJ and other liberal states, are in violation of the Constitution. Last year the Supreme Court ruled against Chicago’s ban on concealed carry. Just his summer another Federal Judge ruled that any person, not being a felon who owned a legal firearm is legally permitted to carry it in any state in this country.
Ms. Allen is yet another example of how the outrageous gun laws here in NJ are meant to intimidate honest citizens into giving up their rights while doing nothing to prevent vermin from raping, steeling and killing.
As you know, at least we hope you are aware, Ms. Allen is an African American who has been robbed and threatened in her home and on the street. She did all the right things that Pennsylvania required to legally secure and own a tool of protection. She was not aware that when crossing into the Socialist State of New Jersey, her rights no longer existed. She obeyed the law of PA which required her to inform any policeman she had dealings with by announcing she had her weapon with her and that she was licensed to have it. Your police state, Governor, then arrested her.
Even if your thinking has been clouded by the thought of national aspirations and you have fooled yourself into believing that the gun laws here in NJ are not unconstitutional and do not violate the 2nd Amendment, our Constitution also provides for the Sovereignty of States and its citizens. Your laws, we say your laws because you enforce them, create a felon of anyone convicted of even the most minor infraction. Being a felon denies a citizen the right to vote. New Jersey, by convicting Ms. Allen will violate the sovereignty of Pennsylvania and with it Shaneen’s.
Many hundreds of people die as a result of various daily activities ranging from car accidents, swimming, poor doctoring, falls and poisoning. The percentage of deaths which can be attributed to legally owned fire arms is so small as to require several decimal places to define. Yet this state concerns itself with legal firearms to the extent that many hard working, otherwise law abiding people, have been and and continue to be incarcerated for violating even the most minor of those unconstitutional laws and others are terrorized by their elected officials into accepting their fate at the hands of criminals for fear of breaking some idiotic gun law.
So we ask you again Governor. Where are you? Who are you? Are you a conservative or merely borrowing the term for personal gain? Will you step in and release Ms. Allen from the maltreatment inflicted upon her by the beautiful Garden State?
Will you work to bring New Jersey law into compliance with Federal rulings and demand our law makers begin to adhere to the constraints of our Constitution?
TPATH, TeamNJ and many citizens await your response.

On January 9, 2009, 20 year old Amanda Wienckowski’s body was discovered naked, frozen, and upside down stuffed in a garbage tote across the street from the residence of Antoine J. Garner, where she had gone to provide sexual services. Though not charged in her death, the 300-or-more pound Garner has been identified as the last person to see her alive and as a person of interest in her death. Her family reported her missing five weeks prior to the discovery of her body.
Erie County Medical Examiner’s determination that Wienckowski died of a drug overdose. But retired Buffalo Homicide Detective Mark J. Lauber said, ” They (police)believed the most likely scenario was that a large person accidentally choked the petite, 20-year-old Kenmore woman during a paid encounter. ” The police have realized from the get go that, “ the cause of death was not from a lethal amount of opiates for someone who used heroin every day.”
Since, then, the Wienckowski’s family sought the assistance of attorney Steven M. Cohen of the Amherst law firm Hogan Willig and had a second autopsy done by a West Coast pathologist who concluded that Wienckowski’s cause of death was strangulation. A finding that Albany-area pathologist Michael Sikirica determined that the amount of opiates in Wienckowski’s system was “a relatively innocuous level.”
“The Buffalo police have always maintained this was a homicide,” Cohen said. “Whether it’s murder or manslaughter is a question for a jury to decide, but the medical examiner’s findings prevent District Attorney Frank Sedita from prosecuting the case because the listed cause of death creates reasonable doubt.”
Lauber, in challenging the medical examiner’s determination, said he and other detectives assigned to the case were told by a county toxicologist that the accidental overdose was selected as the cause of Wienckowski’s death because they could not find any other explanation. The “logical” way to handle the cause of death, Lauber said, would be to list it as “undetermined.” The former detective pointed out that yet another pathologist, Scott F. LaPoint, hired by Sedita last year, issued an opinion that the cause of death should be undetermined.
Because of conflicting reports, Sedita sought outside expert opinion.
What has been puzzling to detectives is the following:
-When the Homicide Squad requested a copy of the county autopsy report in 2009, he was told a written request would have to be submitted. That was a first, he said.
-Also a first was that when the county report arrived, it was signed by four pathologists in the Medical Examiner’s Office. In the past, the only pathologist to sign an autopsy report was the pathologist who conducted the autopsy, said Lauber, who worked 11 years as a homicide detective and frequently attended autopsies.
-He also noted that it was odd for four pathologists to sign an autopsy report. But a county spokesman for the medical examiner disagreed, saying many autopsy reports are signed by more than one pathologist.
Lauber said he and the other detectives believe that Wienckowski died during rough sex and dismisses the strangulation ruling. Pressure marks found on Wienckowski’s neck and internal neck injuries, he said, could have occurred when her body was shoved down into the garbage tote.
As for what appear to be defensive wounds on her arm, he said, those also could have occurred when her body was being discarded.
Marks on Wienckowski’s face by her jawline, he said, were caused by a large earring she was wearing that ended up pressed against her flesh.
Lauber interviewed Garner for two hours, just hours after Wienckowski’s body was found in a garbage tote across the street from his home on Jan. 9, 2009, outside a church at Spring and Clinton streets. The garbage tote previously had been reported stolen by one of Garner’s neighbors.
Garner told detectives that Wienckowski arrived at his house Dec. 5, 2008, after he had called her for paid sex in response to an advertisement, Lauber said. That part of the story detectives do not dispute.
The detectives have differed on whether this case should be tried as manslaughter or murder. They believe that Garner (due to his weight) or what they term as “positional asphyxiation” during sex killed her.
What they say is this in reference to Garner, “We don’t believe this was a classic depraved indifference to life, which is the definition of second-degree murder,” Lauber said. He said a lesser charge of criminally negligent homicide or second-degree manslaughter might be more appropriate.”
HOWEVER, Garner last week was convicted in Erie County Court of choking and assaulting a prostitute during a paid sexual encounter. He faces up to seven years in prison when he is sentenced in March.
Lauber did an extensive search of the Garner home said he went through the garbage tote for Garner’s residence and discovered an earring that belonged to Wienckowski.“The earring was wrapped in an ATM bank withdrawal slip that Garner had made three days earlier, and the earring
Initially a DNA Test to see if hair that was found on the body that was related to the incident was never done even though a request was put in. . DNA tests did evntually determine, however, that a hair found on Wienckowski’s body belonged to Garner, he said.
The garbage tote in which Wienckowski’s body was found was reported missing by its owner weeks before it turned up next to the church, Lauber said. And investigators suspected that if Wienckowski was dead, she was probably inside that missing container.
The big question police have to answer, So where was Wienckowski’s body in the five weeks from early December when her family reported her missing to its discovery on Jan. 9, 2009?

TPATH July 20, 2014 – Let me begin by stating our radio broadcast, and cable TV show. “Eagle on the Air” is not a Christian show nor will anyone be sitting through any sermon. That being said, progressive/Marxists know they will never be able to suppress and control a people as long as those people believe in a higher authority other than man. So, the fibers of morality which are based upon the Christian faith will be entwined in all we discuss and all we teach.
The Founders of this Nation based the Constitution on the precepts set in God’s word. The progressive left knows this, therefore it’s necessary for them to create a false image of Christianity to achieve their goal of making the State the giver of rights and laws. To do that they need both villain and scapegoat. Who better than the Christians. What better victim than the homosexual?
No, Christians are not homophobic. This is a creation of the progressive left to rid society of true absolutes. Nothing hinders the Progressive/Marxist movement more than Christianity which is based upon the precepts of God and in inalienable rights granted by a creator. Christians are bound to adhere to the Book of Instructions, the Bible, which sets the standards on how to live and conduct their lives.
The 1st Amendment of our precious Bill of Rights is clear: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech,…”
Christianity is the stumbling block to a communist or tyrannical takeover of the people. As it was for Hitler and Stalin. And yes, it’s as simple as that. You see God’s law takes precedent over man’s law. Nothing else more clearly defines why progressivism in all its forms, from socialism to Communism, abhors Christianity and sees it as the one powerful impediment in its goal of world domination.
Think about the statement above as you ponder what it is that atheists and even some agnostics find so offensive in a belief in a God and his Ten Commandments. Which one of those commandments do they find objectionable? And why do they wallow in such a powerful desire to rid the world of faith?
The answer of course is, the values of a one true God stand in the way of hedonism, immorality, greed, human domination and many other vices for which no contrition, in absence of Him, will ever be needed.
Thus, the progressives wrangle for political advantage by exploiting the homosexual, the feminist, the racial minority and the economically depressed individuals. The objective is power through divisiveness. Progressive compassion is claimed but in reality it exists only in the game plan and never in their souls.

Black Student Family of Paulsboro to Sue Wrestlers, Condi Rice Not Allowed to Speak At Rutgers; Academic Freedom Denied
AND THE MARXISM CONTINUES! The Phillipsburg Wrestlers are being sued by an African American Family (whose child was on the Paulsboro Team) claiming emotional suffrage. See NBC10 http://nj1015.com/lawsuit-filed-over-phillipsburg-wrestling-photo/. The punishing continues even after the boys apologized and admitted they never meant the photo to symbolize anything racist. They were punished by not being allowed to futher their efforts in the wrestling comptetion and suspended by the school district. The event started when the boys wanted to celebrate a victory and their moving on in the competition. They celebrated by hanging a dark brown leather(90 percent of the dummies manufactured in wrestling are that color-A FACT NOT MENTIONED IN THE ORIGINAL STAR LEDGER ARTICLE) dummy on a noose and one boy wore a hoodie. It was then posted on the net and was only meant to be a prank, never a racist statement. Paulsboro saw it and reported it to the Star Ledger (who put the adult spin on it and spread it around -callinc it a racist statement). The newspapers then went and posted the students names (including the underage ones) all over the net. The students are being investigated by the NJ Civil Rights Division for Federal Charges on Hate Crimes. This is a law that does not apply to whites when whites are attacked by blacks .
CASE 2: CONDI RICE: “YOU CAN’ SPEAK AT RUTGERS GRADUATION.” ACADEMIC FREEDOM DENIED! The Rutgers University faculty council has passed a resolution calling for the school to rescind Condoleezza Rice’s invitation to speak at commencement. Rudolph Bell, a professor of history, “Academic freedom doesn’t guarantee the right to be a speaker or receive an honorary degree.”
