Announcement for August 7, “Eagle on the Air” ‘Students for a Better Future.com’ A DEADLY CONSEQUENCE

On August 7th, at 8 P.M. Eagle on the Air [cable- skype: dor123abc] brought to you by Students for a Better Future will address the controversial topic of abortion.

attachment   Regardless of what side of the issue you choose to be on, it is our desire to motivate “critical thinking” as well as debate. Life consists of choices, and every choice has a consequence. The choice is yours. The poet John Keats in “Ode on a Grecian Urn” tells us: “Beauty is truth, truth beauty; that is all ye know on earth, and all you need to know.” As most folks in the seventies, I personally never gave much thought to, “Which came first the chicken or the egg?” Back then, many believed as today, that “abortion is a woman’s right”.

Then along came ultrasound which gave us the ability to actually see the not only the beginning stage of a pregnancy but indeed every stage throughout development. As the Bible says: “I was blind, but now I see”; or do I? Thursday night’s cable show will explore whether abortion encompasses more than just the termination of a pregnancy. Discover whether the devastating philosophy behind the termination of pregnancy has political ramifications that affect the very foundation of our nation and our Constitution. In our introductory Eagle on the Air article of July 23rd I stated: “Those that control the language control the culture.”

The progressive left (or should I say Marxists?) are masters of manipulation. Their propensity to redefine the meaning of words requires clarification. “Pro-choice”; is defined as “advocating open, legal access to voluntary abortion”. “Pro” is defined as “for or in favor of” while “choice” has fifteen plus definitions. Nowhere is the word abortion even suggested. Where is the similarity? Why not use the correct terminology; “pro-abortion”, which is correctly defined as “an operation or other intervention to end a pregnancy by removing an embryo or fetus from the womb”? An embryo is defined, in part, as a “beginning…”; a beginning of what; an acorn? (That’s for another story)

Then there is the definition of fetus: “An unborn vertebrate at a stage when all the structural features of the adult are recognizable, especially an unborn human offspring after eight weeks.” Is it true that a woman’s body is her own? Who could argue against that fact? I could not agree more. But when a woman is impregnated is it still correct to claim it is her body or is this intentional “humanistic deception”? Is Roe v Wade the law of the land or is this another deception?

Find out Thursday whether the Supreme Court had the authority to address the issue of abortion! Did the majority of the Supreme Court Justices usurp the United States Constitution by their decision? You decide on Thursday. Food for thought: Every election cycle the progressive/Marxist wing of the Democrat Party tells us there is a “war on women”. I couldn’t agree more! In fact there’s a war on women, children, and the Constitution as you will discover if you tune in! Does this same war encompass the total elimination of Judeo-Christian morality from every aspect of public life? Is there a conspiracy to desensitize the population? Does social engineering play a part to achieve a Marxists state? Find out on Thursday! Be part of the conversation! The Eagle (Not “Eagle on the Air” here? Lose the quotes, and keep it bold is my suggestion…).  Nick Purpura Contributor
